- Business transformation leadership with strong and proven organisational and management skills on global scale within a multinational manufacturing company and a major CEE bank
- Operational leadership experience across a broad range of financial functions: internal audit, accounting and controlling, reporting and financial analysis, maintenance and development of financial applications and systems, and business due diligence
- Strong involvement in the implemention of a sound IT strategy for a global market player by developing and implementing the main strategic elements/concepts, such as complex IT systems and their development, project-oriented resource pooling and project management, long-, and mid-term planning of the enterprise architecture and IT services, incl. IT-Outsourcing
- International experience and exposure to different business cultures, having lived and worked in many European, CEE, and Middle East countries
- Multilingual in English, German, Russian and Ukrainian
- Sound academic education, MBA
- Internal Audit professional certification, CIA
- Governance in IT certification from ISACA
