Past experiences includes managing a tech focused PE investment fund, CEO of several technology companies including GameSpy Industries, a leader in on-line media and Lantronix, a leader in device networking (M2M) and systems management technology, and successfully raising over $120 million in capital through an IPO and follow-on secondary offering.
