Hervé ***** has founded BioStep in 2009 to implement a harmonious reconversion from Executive to freelance Consultant in dedicated Life Sciences.
Hervé focuses on Transition & Change management needs to help resolving crisis or conflictual situations and driving the necessary transformation of mid size companies for M&A, spin-off .
He is also certified iCEO & Council Member for Gerson Lehrman & Coleman Research acting as consulting Expert for investment firms like Boston Consulting, Goldman Sachs, Mac Kinsey, Arthur D. Little.
Hervé also focuses on working closely with the European Life Sciences investor communities like Private Equity funds on LBO & Venture Capital partners.
Prior to founding BioStep, Hervé held various senior management positions in Europe and rest of the world as Chief Export Officer, VP, General Manager within US Big 5 & European leading firms such as Landos Depuy/J&J, Merck KGaA, Biomet Inc. and Smith & Nephew PLC where he had responsibility for creating or restructuring organizations and developing the Medical Devices business.
He had the opportunity of leading 3 local merger integrations following European alliances of surgical divisions from leading Pharmaceuticals firms.
Meanwhile, he also founded his own company through a MBO from Depuy Inc, that he sold 5 years later to Merck KGaA, and build up an orthopedics start-up for a private Swiss investor.
