Stephen Curry was until recently, the Managing Director of Divestitures and Merger Integration at Bank of America, and spent much of his 23 years with Bank of America merging and integrating financial services companies. While at Bank of America, Mr. Curry also served as the Chief Operating Officer of Investment Banking, and Head of Strategy/M&A for Global Wealth & Investment Management. Most recently, he led divestiture efforts, managing and divesting the shared operations of LaSalle/ABN, the sale of the Prime Brokerage unit to BNP, and divestiture of the international private banking business. Mr. Curry has extensive experience in merger integration, divestitures, restructuring, M&A, finance, vendor management, process improvement, IT, and operations. He was a driving force in reducing operating costs, enhancing efficiency, increasing profits, and extracting value from technology throughout his career.
