I am Master Mariner/Lecturer and spent 3 years at sea as a deck officer. After leaving at sea, I attended my Msc. Course in ***** Education & Training at World ***** University , MALMO , SWEDEN . I spend a year of lecturing in ***** subjects in the area of Marine cargo operation, and electronic navigation at Dalian ***** University , Dalian , China . My recent postion, I worked as Instructor at Middle East ***** . My duty was to offer IMO Model courses in-hourse training to seafareers and port/shipping personnel. My current position, I am Marine/Port Engineer Consultant at WFP-Special Operation. My duty is to provide technical recommendations for , any salvage, dredging, repairs, port equipment required to improve port’s capacity and effectiveness of ports and Prepare Operational plans to bring Mogadishu Port up to the ISPS Code compliance and Assess current port Operations and design, prepare and provide training to port staff at different levels of port operations et
