Adam is the Founder of " ***** of ***** " and WizEgy Consulting and Training and actively partners with other consulting businesses globally to provided capacity / specialist assistance where needed. Starting some 20+ years ago before “Lean was called Lean” Adam specialized in improving business performance using Lean, Six Sigma, Strategic Change Management, Leadership and Growth to enable companies / Clients to radically or incrementally as well as strategically and tactically improve profitability and growth.
Adam has held Individual and Leadership positions in areas such as Production / Process Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain, Design/Development, Marketing, HR etc in industries such as Industrial Manufacturing, Aerospace, Financial Services, Education, Chemical Production and Fabrication in both the Americas and EMEA.

As the Leader of an independent consulting, training and coaching business, Adam has assisted Clients and Trainees to dramatically increase quality, productivity, capacity, space, profitability, reduce lead times, inventory and WIP with a key element of cultural adoption and change to ensure sustainability.
Adam, as an Adjunct Professor, developed and teaches their Master Certificate in Six Sigma for Financial Services. Also works with another “Ivy League” University and other Colleges to improve their processes. Material Extrusion / Fabrication plants have also benefited from Adam’s expertise driving improvements in yield, reducing set up times, designing capable processes, “plant shut down”, remediation and relocation of plant, redesigning facilities and improving the work place environment to improve profitability. Adam co-Implemented Design For Six Sigma (DFSS) on all major design programs, implemented "5s"- visual control methods in the "power generation" product line (which is now across the site as a standard), implemented standardized measurement methods & processes to eliminate defects in Tucson and in Mexicalli, Mexico. and generated the following benefits:
