Profile
As a leader, entrepreneur and coach within a large American organisation (23, 00 employees) I led part of a graphic division (10 companies in Europe) and was member of Management team for this division. I had the responsibility to make decisions concerning all investments and purchase that was necessary for the entire division. Subsequently, I often travelled to the various locations.
As an entrepreneur I was very close involved in stipulating strategies to interest and gain new customers and to extend the share of existing customers. Also, I was responsible for setting up and taking over companies within the division. My energetic, flexible, vigorous and honest manner of managing has always ensured good and operative relations, both with customers and colleagues. Allegiance to colleagues but certainly also to my employers, is obvious for me.
As a coach I worked with four Managementteams wich represent over 500 employees. We strived for a tight organisation with companies which have the core functions: a good collegial work climate, a high customer (FMCG) satisfaction (99%), budget-tied and successive cost reductions (2007 Waste € 1, 60, 00, Purchase € 2, 50, 00) and policy conducts on maintenance and treatment of machines and property.
Ambition
Leader or senior manager (permanent or temporary) which allows me to fully utilize my managerial and/or technical capacities. I am highly experienced in the graphic industry but not exclusively bound to it. As the largest part of my experience lies in organising, achieving the company objectives and coaching.
