Management Consulting of the full range of Basel II (Credit, Market and Operational) in the UAE; consulting credit risk in Germany, starting from the conceptual work, including system evaluation, contract negotiations (client-system provider), planning, definition of investment cases, to finally project management with overall co-ordination responsibility for the implementation.
Governance and Compliance: Set up and implement governance infrastructure, with special focus on AML. Fraud Survey in the area of operations for a UAE Bank.
