***** Pharma Services Limited was started by Adrian ***** in 2010 to provide project management services for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sector. Against a backdrop of increasing pressures and competition he recognised the need for improving project management to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Adrian is a graduate of Loughborough University, with a bachelor's degree in Chemistry & Sports Science and a master's degree in Analytical Chemistry and Instrumentation. Since leaving university, Adrian has built up several years of experience in the scientific development field, including environmental analytical science, and pharmaceutical formulation and analytical expertise. Adrian has provided project management services to several programmes, ranging from feasibility studies through to phase III generic inhalation programmes and has an aptitude for distilling complicated projects into easily understood project plans and scenario models. The success of such plans reflects his strong background knowledge of device development, EU & US regulatory framework, clinical development, and product commercialisation.

Adrian is a member of the Pharmaceutical Industry Project Management Group and a member of the Clinical Supplies Discussion Group and continues to look for innovative methods and products to improve project management and programme delivery.
