I am a mechanical engineer with a Masters in Mechanical Engineering with a diverse background in medical disposables, construction machinery, aircraft simulator industry and CAD/FEA consulting. I have experience in project management of blood contacting disposable medical devices and heavy machinery. I developed products and built and maintained Design History Files (DHFs) per CE Mark, FDA and ISO ***** regulations. I have used LabVIEW to acquire data, build prototypes and perform proof-of-concept testing. I have used and taught ANSYS and NX Advanced Simulation for use in thermal (electronics packaging) and structural (tip-over, static loading) analysis. I have three years experience in designing and testing plastic injection molded and extruded components. I also have process and prototype development experience in medical device research in cardiovascular, dialysis, oncology and critical care markets. I have also had experience developing machined and sheet metal components for three years while developing heavy equipment and aircraft simulators.
