Antoine M. Devine is a financial services regulatory consultant, providing compliance and regulatory advice to registered investment advisers, hedge fund managers, private equity funds and mutual funds. He was previously the Chief Compliance Officer for Kelmoore Investment Company's advisory and mutual fund divisions, also serving as General Counsel. In 2000, Mr. Devine joined Foley Lardner as a Senior Counsel, practicing in the Transactional & Securities, Securities, Commodities & Exchange Regulation, Finance & Financial Institutions, Securities Enforcement & Litigation and Airport Administration practice groups. In 1998, he joined Evers & Henrickson, a boutique securities law firm in San Francisco specializing in representing emerging technology companies. Mr. Devine also served broker-dealers, investment advisers and hedge funds, including securities litigation and SEC enforcement matters. Prior to joining E&H, he was General Counsel for Global Resource Investments, an international brokerage firm that focused on precious metal mining companies. Mr. Devine is a former FINRA Senior Examiner, and served an SEC Internship in the Office of International Corporate Finance.
