Amit ***** has been in publishing for over thirty years. He was Editor-in-Chief at Harcourt, overseeing Social Studies and Language Arts at Holt and heading up the Adult Education and GED department at Harcourt Supplemental. • Primary liaison with Harcourt Education companies and cross-departments at HRW in leveraging strategies for revenue streams and new business growth.
• Worked hand-in-hand with marketing director and product marketing, field marketing, and marketing communications staff to ensure product placement, competitive alignment and revenue success.

• Managed literature and grammar and composition programs, niche-markets and technology products. Book bag contained over 400 ISBNs per program; program packages included Pre-AP and AP-targeted materials.

• Managed different subject for each grade level: between front and backlist, directed 12–14 major programs with ISBNs totaling 75-plus for each program.
