He represents domestic and international companies from a variety of sectors, including financial services, technology, telecommunications, media, healthcare, hospitality, and insurance.

Amyt advises on privacy, security and technology issues relating to financial services and healthcare services (HIPAA, HITECH, and GLB compliance) transactions.

He teaches as an Adjunct Professor at Fordham Law School.
