20+ Years of engineering experience in Manufacturing / Design and Process Development, Cost Reduction, Process Improvement, Cost and Variability Minimization through Improved Design and Manufacturing Processes. 8 years experiences in Power Electronics Product Development on Automotive Products (Hybrid / Fuel-Cel Inverters & Converters) including 5 plus years of hands on experiences on various Development Projects, six (6) years on Solid work, four (4) years on UG NX3, NX4 and 10 plus years on AutoCAD. Proficient with CAD software’s and Ms Office (Word, Excel, Project, Visio & Access). Project management includes: Develop Projects Plan, Outline packaging requirement for Product Design & Development, coordinate FMEA (design & process) work-shop, Develop Product Requirements / Specifications, DFM/DFA Requirements, initiate and perform Producibility Study in CAD’s Model base on Manufacturing Best Practices defined in DFM/DFA.
