Quality Management
 Conducting Quality System, actory Audits at supplier end as well as Internal Quality Audit for verifying the Quality Standard requirements.
 Designing and implementing stringent systems and quality plans to ensure high quality standards of materials.
 Preparing and maintaining necessary documents required to comply with ISO and ***** standards.

Inspection & Testing (Textile)
 Identifying supplier specific quality issues and developing & implementing solutions to improve the technical conformity of the products.
 Conducting testing and inspection of raw materials and finished products.
 Visual and instrumental color evaluation
 Color and Shade matching of the textiles

R&D/Product Development:
 Co-ordinating with Marketing Department for design and development of new products, keeping in mind the specifications of the valuable customers worldwide.
 Monitoring product performance and analysing design defects to effectuate improvements in design at optimized costs.
 Evaluating the Colorfastness properties of the fabric and color matching

Team Management
 Managing & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of individual & group targets.
 Creating and sustaining an environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance.

Quality Developer
Role:

 Responsible for Technical aspects (Country regulations, olor, Fabric characterstics etc) of Home Textiles.
 Review of Technical manual of different retail format of ***** and work with Technical team in case of any update is needed. Provide technical input to ***** of Sweden during product development of new articles
 Responsible for Vendor Development.
 Follow-up of Product Quality and production processes for ***** suppliers. Identifies and solves bottlenecks of Production (Weaving, Processing, Stitching and Packaging ) in the factory.
 Creating, Developing, Implementing and Sustaining Quality System. Co-operates with suppliers in improving their compliance with ***** quality & environment standards and meet ***** ’s quality and product safety requirements.
 Product Development of new airticles, concepts based on trends and seasons consistently in coordination with Design team in ***** of Sweden.
 Evaluation of Colour, onstruction, look & feel of various types of airticles/fabrics & the effect to come on them after stitching, washing, printing, dyeing & other processes of product manufacturing
processing. Technical Trouble Shooting at all & any level(s) of the Line.
 To go through the detailed test reports submitted by the suppliers from SGS, TS etc. and to provide solutions for the tests which are not meeting the minimum requirements.
 To analyze the lab dips submitted and to give the shade approvals as per the ***** standards.
 Review factory performance.
 Responsible for Production and Quality Audits.
 Conduct Seminar for Suppliers and Merchandising team for better understanding of ***** quality demands.
