I graduated 3 years ago with a Bachelor's in Industrial & Systems Engineering. I have been managing a local ***** Ko- ***** for the past 2 years. We conduct our business largely through Google's free online tools. By utilizing various tools such as Six Sigma and root cause analysis we have improved processes, reduced our error rates, and improved customer relations. I recently devel ***** ed a new employee pay system which resulted in increased efficiency, lower costs, and improved morale amongst our employees.
