Managed Guatemala’s plant shut down without labor incidents and directed the implementation of the exports distribution infrastructure, as well as the associated harmonization of 2000-products between markets. Led the Supply, Warehouse and Exports functions to Central America strengthening customer service levels and profitability of 200K clients. Received Avon’s global Compass Award for best executed initiative.
- Led a multi-disciplinary team (Sales, supply chain & IT) to reduce turn around time to 600K customers yielding a 3-day improvement.
