Dr. Maria Todd is the Chief Executive Officer of Mercury Healthcare in the USA and Managing Director of Mercury Healthcare Ltd. in the U.K.. of which the Mercury Healthcare Advisory Group is a subsidiary.

With 33 years of combined clinical, health administration, insurance, health law paralegal and hospital administration experience, she has worked as provider relations and contracting coordinator for a large US HMO, hospital and polyclinic establishment, accreditation coordinator, operating room nurse and consulted on the development of more than 100 integrated health delivery systems throughout the US and abroad.

Dr Todd is the author of nine books and hundreds of published articles on managed care, integrated health delivery, medical tourism program development and facilitation, and physician employment contracting. All are available on Amazon.com

She holds a master and doctorate of Health Administration and is a former surgical nurse, health law paralegal and certified mediator of payer/provider disputes.
