As Vice President & Director of Employee Benefits ***** is responsible for ensuring that the organization understands and communicates the distinctive value that O’ ***** ***** Group brings to all stakeholders. He is also charged with building and maintaining relationships with O’ ***** ***** Group’s largest customers, strategic partners and local vendor representatives. With an extensive background in underwriting risks, negotiating financials and implementing employee benefit plans, he also advises employers on all aspects of their health and welfare programs.
Prior to joining the firm ***** held a variety of sales and management positions within the employee benefits industry. In his most recent position as V. P. of Business Development for a regional brokerage firm he was responsible for training and managing a team that consistently exceeded sales targets. In 1993 he started his ***** career with SunLife of Canada where he was responsible for developing brokers in the Chicago area.
He completed his undergraduate studies at Colby College where he earned a BA in History. A product of Thayer Academy, he lives in Hingham with his wife Lauren and children Frank, Jake and Alexandra.
