I first received my Real Estate and Insurance Broker's license in the 1980's. I became an investor wiith my own company in 2003 buying, rehabbing and reselling SFR homes. I have experience originating loans with a mortgage broker in New York and I am now affiliated with private lenders that have the capability to provide funds for that hard to fund real estate project in the U. S. where the deal itself carries more weight than a credit score.
