Over 5 years experience in color science and technology: developing color imaging algorithms and tools for cross-media color fidelity reproduction, device characterization and color appearance, ICC profiling, and color management system, extensive experience in psychophysics experiment and human visual perception;

Strong understanding of system level image processing workflows (from scan, display to print);

Over 3 years experience in optical techniques including inverted, fluorescence, confocal and polarized microscopy, and UV-Vis, IR and fluorescence spectroscopy.
