BJ ***** is a licensed professional ***** engineer in the states of Georgia and Virginia, with over a decade of regional engineering experience in water and stormwater related disciplines. He has personally engineered or managed the engineering of hundreds of stormwater management projects across the south eastern United States in the last decade, ranging from Louisiana to Florida to North Carolina, with a special focus on the Metro Atlanta region. He specializes in stormwater management for new development or redevelopment, in assessing and analyzing drainage problems within existing development, in green initiatives such as LEED and stream buffer mitigation, and in analysis and expert testimony for complex stormwater litigation.

He received his bachelors degree in ***** Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1998, his masters degree in Environmental Fluid Mechanics and Water Resource Management from Georgia Tech in 2002, and has worked at several large Atlanta based engineering firms. In addition to owning and managing ***** ***** Consulting LLC, BJ is an adjunct fluid mechanics professor at Southern Polytechnic State University.
