Experienced real estate executive seeking employment and/or consulting assignments in the distressed asset space. Diverse background in the business spanning 20 years including construction management, financial analysis, due diligence, leasing and managing properties and investment sales at the highest level. Construction knowledge, experience with distressed loan and REO portfolios, bankruptcy, work-outs and strategic re-positioning.

• Large transaction and portfolio disposition expert – closed over $4. 0 billion in deals
• Extensive knowledge of all property types - office, retail, multi-family, industrial and land
