• In 90 days, despite ongoing insurgent violence, directed initiatives that jump-started a $250m program at a concept stage, involving thousands of staff
• Took the program from drawings to phased just-in-time construction and equipping of *****,000 square foot facilities with an average construction value of about $700k serving nationwide locales…the jump-start put the program on track to 150 facility completions by 3rd quarter of 2005, which accelerated completion by 9 months saving $50m for reallocation to further infrastructure development
• In 90 days, led a design/build team that completed 17 Project Engineering assignments with a total value of $9m…projects were done on-time and met all financial and operational constraints
• Projects included pre-manufactured water-tanks, dining facility construction, arrival/departure facility construction, renovations, fire loop installation, six 1.2 MW prime power generator installations, office building construction, and base medical facility construction
