I help scientists propel their immunological research to the highest level. I provide the expertise needed to uncover the immunological data in their samples via robust, cutting edge assays. My technical areas of expertise include all aspects of advanced flow cytometry (10+ colors), cell isolation techniques (including FACS Aria sorting and MACS purification), and high resolution analysis of immune cell effector function profiles using intracellular staining, multiplex Luminex platforms, and single and multi-color Elispot assays. In addition, I have extensive grant and manuscript writing experience. In summary, I help researchers design experiments, distill the most relevant biological conclusions from their complex data, secure grant funding, and produce high quality publications.
