Chris is currently an independent management consultant specializing in restaurant strategy consulting.

Previously, he was a multi-unit manager for a vertically integrated restaurant company. He received a BS in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from the State University of New York at Albany, where he graduated with summa cum laude honors. He received his MBA from New York University's Stern School of Business, where he specialized in Strategy, Finance and Change Management.
