I lead the creation and deployment of a suite of web–based solutions for an internet cruise company that became the industry standard. At Spirit Airlines we grew the web from a simple site to one that was able to handle every customer interaction and be the source of 70% of all sales. We also put in place an infrastructure that kept the airline running continuously thru 6 hurricanes. At Grand Circle we built a data-warehouse that now drives the analytic engines to support this very successful direct marketer. • Replaced core reservation system saving $5+mm per year and delivering $100 million in new revenue
