During my professional experience, starting from R&D in automotive field, I have developed excellent ability to manage all aspects of the business such as production, sales, marketing, product development, supply chain, finance, and customer service. I have managed complex projects with the most important automotive customers dealing at top management level.

For OEM customers I have managed international projects for Renault and Peugeot-Citroen in France, Suzuki in Japan, Fiat and GM in Europe, Iran Khodro in Iran, Chery, Geely, Brilliance in China, following the automotive ISO-TS quality standards. In Aftermarket I have worked in the gas systems in a classical BtoB model.

I have developed competencies in managing and improving operations in all the aspects from production optimisation, to logistic and supply chain in general, as this was the main task of my latest job and that of my present one. At the same time I always maintain the focus on the company gols in terms of finance indicators and customer satisfaction.
