Proficient in use of Sharepoint for business process re-engineering, project management, workflow automation and system integration. Developed user help manuals with illustrations and facilitated training on user interface, new functionality and refined workforce practices. Involved heightened awareness of cultural dynamics across People, Processes, Information, Communication and Technology. Ran user acceptance testing and launched modules into production environment as a multi-phased roll out. Created business case, won sponsorship and introduced new paradigms for performance and cultural transformation within the organization.

Developed cross departmental intranet dashboard portal - Gathered requirements from various departments via assigned SMEs. Drove the user interface design, layout, integration, data migration, building, testing, deployment, upgrades, enhancements to functionality, setup of multiple testing environments, training of staff, creation of online training portal, and actual programming in SharePoint Designer to customize interface experiences for various stakeholder groups. Re-engineered and integrated multiple processes enabling synchronization and shared intelligence in real time across systems.

Socialized and shepherded the entire effort in order to win independent internal stakeholders' approvals and maintain momentum post implementation. The system also provided visibility and reporting on user acceptance, compliance, utilization, errors, accountability, etc.. This Intranet Portal incorporated the following components under a unified framework integrating GRC capabilities to enable achievement of a more principle based approach to operational excellence:

o Print Production Management System (End to End system used to manage an internal shared services department supporting multiple stakeholder groups with submission of dynamic job types incorporating multi user updates and authorizations, reporting and automated workflows based on actions of stakeholders in numerous other departments across a network of offices).
o Document Management System (End to End system used for the management, tracking, archiving, search and disposition of documents)
o Issue Management System (Automated and manual system tracking, managing, monitoring, reporting, notifying and escalating issues captured across numerous processes and systems integrated into a unified portal)
