Conisia is an experienced rural development, agribusiness development, and agricultural value chain developmnt. She has entrepreneurship development skills, mentoring and coaching skills, financial management and capacity building skills. Conisia has worked extensively in international and local NGOs, local government organisations and other rural development stakeholders in Africa and the Gulf States. She has done consultancy assignements for Oxfam GB, UNDP, GFA Consulting Group, GTZ, EC Microprojects, nd the French government. She has sharp analytical skills; good interpersonal skills; and has exposure to multicultural organisational environments. Conisia has worked at senior managemet level in several rural development organisations and has managed large teams.
