I have been involved in translating business objectives into real solutions for more than 14 years. In my current role, I am responsible for driving sales and new business by developing client relationships with new and existing clients, creating strategies to expand market reach, and build strong relationships with internal delivery and leadership teams. Prior to joining Factor_UE, I worked as the Production Manager for a usability consulting firm where I was the key client contact and responsible for leading teams through the entire project cycle including strategy, information architecture, interface design, technical specifications, prototyping, testing and implementation.
