- SENIOR COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE APPRAISER - Appraised over $200 million in commercial real estate. Produced market value appraisals and market studies on: vacant land; industrial properties; office buildings; shopping centers; residential subdivisions; multifamily projects; environmentally-sensitive and agricultural lands, and; going concern/special-purpose properties. Also performed feasibility/highest and best use studies; ad valorem property tax analyses; cash flow analyses; absorption studies; site selection services; and portfolio reviews. Obtained the MAI (Member, Appraisal Institute) and CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designations.
