Dan ***** CCC has supported the following FEMA disaster relief efforts: 1763-DR-IA Iowa Flood recovery effort from October 2008 through May 2009; FEMA 1837-DR-MS Severe Storms, Flooding & Tornadoes recovery effort from June through July 2009 in MS; FEMA 1928/1930-DR-IA Iowa Flood/Storms recovery effort from September through December 2010 in IA. He worked as a TAC developing multiple CEF ***** estimates including all appropriate categories of work.

He has a degree in Associate Civil Engineering Technology with more than 25 years of general construction experience. His construction experience includes ***** estimating and field engineering for an industrial general contractor. A majority of his experience is in ***** estimating in the disciplines of Civil/Structural/Architectural for engineering consulting firms for various Governmental agencies and private architectural and engineering firms.

He supported the State Department’s Overseas Building Operations (OBO) in Arlington, VA from September 2009 through March 2010. Developed ***** estimates for embassies and consulates in Vienna, Stockholm, Amsterdam, Minsk, Athens, Ouagadougou.

He was also responsible for determining the delta quantity, for the U. S. Department of Energy (DOE), between original Tank Operations Contract (TOC) Proposal (FY2007) and Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB10) at the Hanford Site from March through August 2011.

His estimating experience covers a wide range of projects, including hospitals, high-rise office buildings, courthouses, airports, NASA and military installation facilities, roadway projects, dams, levees, asbestos abatement, etc. His experience includes creating ***** estimates/models for Decontamination and Decommissioning, Groundwater Remediation, and remediating Waste Sites for various DOE sites, including Savannah River Site, Hanford, Rocky Flats, and Columbus-Battelle Laboratories.
Dan is also proficient in Microsoft Office as well as various ***** estimating software applications such as MCACES, M2, SuccessEstimator, RS Means ***** Works, Timberline, and MC2.
