I am an organizational specialist with extensive experience across various industries in areas of Strategy and Organizational Development. At RTA primarily I am the architect behind its Group Strategy and lead in its implementation and execution across 7000+ employees, 41+ departments, 200+ sections and 8 Agencies and sectors.

Additionally I program manage a portfolio of 500+ projects across 41+ Execution Plans and report/manage Strategic, DGEP KPIs (More than 500+).

Also, I manage and own the Change Control Process, Interdependency Management & issue resolution for the above Execution Plans.

Previously I was advisor to CEO for Group Strategy across GCC/MENA region at Souheil Najjar Investment Group in Dubai where we implemented Strategy across 6 Country Units including Balanaced Score Card.

My previous roles as Adjunct Faculty Member and Corporate Trainer in Executive Programs kept me abreast of all Industry Developments. I have supervised over 250 Masters Level Research Projects in Management Sciences and delivered more than 1000+ hours of Graduate Level Lecture to working executives.

I have worked in Telecom, Construction Building Materials and Financial Industry but always in Strategy.

My unique skillset is due to my extensive corporate training in several niche areas of management sciences as well.
