My career began back in 1988 working for two major Southern California, Retail Grocery Chains where by age 21 I was solely accountable to provide leadership and development of team individuals. It was here that I realized the importance of not only meeting, but, exceeding target goal expectations. In 1996 I launched my profession into the Adult Beverage Industry where I’ve gained trade acumen on both supplier and wholesaler sides.

I currently posses over 22 years of retail & sales service in the Adult Beverage trade and have been promoted (12) times throughout my career. I have an extreme understanding of Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, Wholesaler Management, Market Evaluation & Penetration, and Strategic Business Development. I also possess both Open State & Control State market experience of all segments to include; On & Off Premise - Independent & National Accounts.
