I have started to worked with Ferguson/Paxar since Oct-1998 with related to woven section. Till 2009 I have handled the Procurement / Inventory Planning & Controlling / Sourcing/ Production Planning & Productivity Measuring / Quality Related & Design related in Weaving Dept. Since end of 2008 we have started RFID Blank production & supply to South Asia in Sri ***** , with starting this process I am handling Procurement / Production Planing / Over looking Inter company sales in addition to the weaving area. Also in addition to above 2 area I am handling Demand Planing since April-2009.

I have participated to GYCG Transformer Kaizen at India in Oct-2009 with representing AD Sri ***** S/C & OPS. We have in-housed all the GYCG samples by end 2010. Usage increased to 35% from 8% last year, currently I am closely working with Lisa & team with related GYCG future developments.
