Dave ***** is the Managing Principal of ***** ***** , LLC and has more than 20 years’ experience in developing, implementing, and managing environmental, health and safety ( ***** ) programs for regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions due diligence and site assessments, risk management, and process safety management (PSM). He has worked with diverse industries, including telecommunications, semiconductor, electronics/ microelectronics, building products, metal processing, packaging, retail, and food processing and distribution.

He has worked extensively with clients to develop and implement environmental compliance management systems and PSM programs. He has also developed, implemented, and conducted a variety of health and safety training programs, including ***** pliance, HAZWOPER and emergency response. Dave is a skilled PSM/Seveso/COMAH auditor and implementation specialist. He has substantial PHA and HAZOP experience.

Dave is also an expert at product stewardship, especially in the retail environment. He has worked with numerous major retailers to help them develop a profile of the chemical products sold at their stores. He has developed product waste management, take-back and recycling programs.

Dave has worked throughout the world having completed assignments in China, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Korea, Australia, Mexico, Chile, Canada, Germany, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and Israel.
