A proven leader in both the corporate and the entrepreneurial world, I have enjoyed and continue to enjoy a wide variety of technical, business, and industry experiences. While the majority of my career has been focused on technology and the design, support and maintenance of large scale corporate applications, I have also enjoyed career roles on the Vendor side, leading a professional services team, consulting, running my own management and software consulting company as well as running a small US based import sales and operations firm. As a consultant I have worked in and have had exposure to the operations of Software Development, Retail, Manufacturing, Banking, Finance, Government, Health Services, Insurance and more. Have managed a very diverse work force and have built teams from the ground up including onshore, offshore and near shore. I have managed budgets up to $50m in Capital Spend and total portfolio of $400m. I am a passionate leader who believes in working with emotional intelligence, while leveraging individual and team strengths.
