Davide was the project leader and one of main researchers at Pal Robotics, a company that developed 4 generations of humanoid robots (2 biped and 2 wheeled).
He defined the architecture of the humanoids from both hardware and software point of view. The first prototype, REEM-A, was already in 2006 one of the most advanced humanoid robots, being comparable under many points of view to its Japanese counterparts.
He administrated in 6 years a budget of more than 7 millions euros and a team of up to 20+ people.
