Prior to starting ***** HR Consulting, Deb worked in-house at software and hardware companies in Silicon Valley. Her experience also includes years in Manufacturing management and numerous HR Management roles at General Motors. She has also mentored in various incubator groups and supported non-profit career development and other organizations. Her degree from Georgia Tech has prepared her well to contribute in a variety of ways to both technical and business process challenges well beyond the traditional borders of HR.
Throughout both her corporate and consulting careers, Deb has used her Business Process expertise across a wide array of functional areas. Early training by EDS in project management has been applied to numerous problem sets, both systematic and systemic. Customer touchpoints have often been the focus of her work, whether in evaluating sales process effectiveness or measuring process improvements and outcomes. Multiple end to end redesigns have included both employee and customer involvement. As an experienced user of online and phone support mechanisms, Deb has been called upon to provide a final process check on rollout plans and customer simulations.
