Printing experience focused on high quality color applications, using conventional (offset, gravure and flexo) and digital (inkjet, toner, electrophotography) processes. Owned a digital printing business for 5 years. Understands requirements for the print producer, the buyer and the end user, and ensures that they are not lost in the conversion of business from analog to digital. Numerous projects with UV-cure inkjet including ink, substrate and in-printer ink behaviour, including assebling system solutions for new applications, and clients unfamiliar with this technoology.
Packaging developments for food and pharmaceutical end uses. Novel flexible packaging constructions especially for high barrier uses.
Excellent resolver of persistent technical problems in manufacturing and end-use - those client's own staff are not able to solve, or just cannot spare the time.
