As a Global Product Manager I was responsible for all global product management and marketing operations of a 30 million dollar liquid chromatography division composed of three product lines encompassing twenty five hardware and software products and their consumables. I interfaced regularly with sales, customers, and research and development to create a product management strategy that produced growth for the product division. I steadily increased the sales and revenue of my products by creating strong and innovative branding, messaging, positioning, advertising, and marketing collateral. Among other responsibilities were budget management, forecasting, pricing, business and market analysis, and identifying new opportunities for product growth. I developed business and launch plans and directed all aspects of the global product launch of next generation and new products.
