I am currently working as a Business Development Manager for Climate Energy Limited covering Hertfordshire, Essex and Bedfordshire area. Working in the consulting part of the Group - Climate Consulting an environmental consultancy offering services in areas of carbon/energy audits, renewable energy solutions, funding, strategy and policies. Preparing proposals such as options appraisal for renewable energy, PV and FITs appraisal and detailed financial analysis, energy/carbon audit and energy efficiency appraisal. Looking for business opportunities, bids, tenders and developing projects. Working with Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Schools, Businesses and Communities on carbon management. I have been able to self develop myself through mentoring by my managers and through various training courses.
My work experience has provided me with the skills and opportunities necessary to create practical and commercial designs develop communications platforms for case studies, articles and PR’s. I have worked with Local Authorities and businesses some of which include; Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council, Hertsmere Borough Council, Ocado & waitrose ltd, Veolia water, Ford UK, University of Hertfordshire, Cranfield University, Arriva UK, etc.
My job role provides me with the opportunity of sales and promoting other schemes we run to businesses and communities, my previous experience working at Halifax bank of Scotland, legal and general and Vodafone all have provided with an advantage and tools needed to be a good sales person as well as a good customer service representative.
