I answer questions and solve problems regarding federal contracting matters. I am a government contracts attorney with 29 years experience in federal government procurement ***** . I advise clients on all aspects of the federal procurement life cycle, from cradle to grave. I provide expertise in the interpretation of various procurement ***** s and regulations such as the FAR and DFARS. I work with client procurement teams on a variety of large contracts, including the negotiation and preparation of prime contracts, subcontracts, teaming agreements and joint ventures. I also work with small and start-up government contractor firms on issues such as set asides, 8a, veteran owned, disabled veteran owned, women owned, and SBA matters. I advise on contracts such as Cost plus Award / Incentive Fee, Cost Plus Award Fee, Cost plus Fixed Fee, Firm Fixed P ***** , Cost Reimbursement, and Time & Material contracts, IDIQ, GSA Schedule and GWAC contracts, requests for proposals, bid submissions. I conduct investigations for clients on highly sensitive compliance matters and represent clients in civil and criminal investigations before the various agencies and OIGs. I conduct compliance audits, assist in cost audits and representing clients with the DCAA. I serve as an interface between clients and government agencies.
