Saving money about the new unnecessary investments in production lines ( values around $20M), reorganize production schemas, with additional trainings – increase operators skills and save the money for spare parts ( $500. 000), reduce the money volume in turnover with good job organization and with decreasing the stock of raw materials and final product – turned back in the flow cash around $2M, reduce number of workers (8% - 30% depend on factory) in the production with new organization.
