Example of my creative and analytical abilities is a recent challenge ("Decorative Technologies") where the Seeker wanted 3D metallic packaging at flat cost. I identified a possible technology from construction industry, consulted with various paper experts, and suggested a possible solution to adapt a costly labor intensive technique into a continuous flow process, potentially reducing costs by an order of magnitude or more, and assessed the licensing terms.
