Mark's career began back in Buffalo working for a full-service consulting engineer where he worked his way up through the organization from construction inspector to project designer for 10 years and eventually passed the Professional Engineers Exam in New York State.

He changed careers working for various contractors in Rochester, New York, learning and applying project management and ***** skills ranging from small to complex projects. Along the way he championed the Corporate Quality Initiative at LeChase Construction and helped indoctrinate the entire workforce into this culture

For the last 12 Years he has lived and worked in the Tampa, Sarasota and Southwest Florida markets, his last assignment with Kraft Construction, now part of the Manhattan Construction Group, specializing in Preconstruction. He has taken part in negotiated work, hard bids and design-build projects, puting customer service first, and holds a current General Contractor's License and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
