Led projects and managed the renovation process of hotels and resorts. Provided accurate budgeting and bidding for construction expenditures in hotels. Managed capital expenditures of 12 company projects totaling over $52M.
Provided planning, design and technical consultation to owners / developers for new hotels with total budgets up to $600M. Provided technical assistance to new / existing properties undergoing renovations.

WESTIN HOTELS AND RESORTS
Architectural Space Planner (1990 – 1996)
Created a new service concept and implemented various construction projects for multiple hotels. Supported the project management department. Ensured the company’s contractual obligations were fulfilled.
