Over the past ten years, Elie ***** , a young professional in Hospitality and Training field, has had the chance to share his expertise with major clients from twenty eight different countries.
He is specialized in Etiquettes, Protocol, Customer Service and Self Improvement. Nonetheless, in doing so, Elie has gathered a huge amount of information which he proudly shares with his clients.
Elie was awarded of Train the Trainer Certificate from Switzerland, where he went to the Hotel School and minored in Marketing whilst, Human Resources.
Being a Departmental Trainer is not an easy task especially in a Pre-opening stage of a Five Stars Hotel, which he did for four different Hotels over four years, whereby the last Hotel was the splendid, one of a kind, Armani Hotel Dubai in Burj Khalifa.
A vibrant personality makes out of this trainer the right potential for an enthusiastic Training session. Far from being a lecturer, Elie adds to his training classes a practical aspect to it, making in it a fun yet informative.

On top of the above, Elie also did Hotels Restructuring in order to increase the level of service, expend the sales and some branding was also involved.
Research and Publications
All of this was possible through his deep researches in major libraries such as La Librairie de Geneve – Switzerland and UCLA Library – California, USA. The first official publication will take place on January 2012 for his first book reflecting on the relationship between the father and son versus how it leads to image definition and constitution in the future.
