ACCOMPLISHMENTS (Summary)

Primary Lithium Batteries (Medical Lithium Batteries) (9 years)
 Developed lithium batteries.
 Developed mechanical design details for the cells, selecting and testing materials, and characterized their performance on a long-term basis with the aid of mathematical modeling.
 Started manufacturing lines for the cells.
 Started a department including facilities and personnel and then supervised the staff of thirteen professionals in the research and engineering of new power sources and the redesign of existing ones.

Secondary Batteries (9 years)
 Developed product and sintered electrode processes for nickel-cadmium cells for consumer applications, nickel-zinc cells for EV use.

Fuel Cells (3 years)
 PEM H2-O2 fuel cell development, fabricating, testing and process improvement.
